Policy & Rules

At FOOTGENiX , Player’s Safety and Experience is our responsibility. We kindly ask you to read the Rules & Policies of our Facility.

  • Sports attire is always recommended for Players.
  • Astroturf Shoes are recommended. No Studs Allowed for your own Safety.
  • All Guests must be issued an ID-Card that grants them access to the facility / usage of the equipment.
  • All Tickets for Children under 13 Years of Age are allowed 1 Parent entrance for free.
  • Zero-Tolerance Policy against Racism, Bullying, Fighting and use of obscene language.
  • Zero-Tolerance Policy against Tampering with Equipment.
  • Zero-Tolerance Policy against Smoking inside the facility
  • Please keep close attention of your belongings. FOOTGENiX is not responsible for any loss of your personal belongings.
  • Personal Lockers are available upon request and subject to availability.
  • You are encouraged to train under the supervision of our coaches to avoid any misuse of the equipment / injuries.
  • All reservations are private & exclusive to the reserving party.
  • Reservation Training Sessions are subject to availability.
  • Reservations are subject to a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Any cancellation within 24 Hours of the reservation shall not be refunded.
  • Guests are required to respect Line-ups / Line-Up Zones & Turns of other guests
  • Refunds are only applicable to Non-Used tickets and in-line with Cancellation Policy.
  • Food & Beverages are strictly prohibited inside the training facility.
  • All Guests must sign our Rules & Policy Agreement prior to entrance.
  • No Media Production of any sort on General Admission Days without prior written approval from FOOTGENiX Management.
  • Tournaments / Events shall adhere to a special set of rules applicable to that specific event.
